Clima quente leva goianiense a buscar apartamentos com piscina privativa

Goiânia - Lugar onde o calor predomina por quase o ano todo, o Brasil está em 2º lugar no ranking mundial do mercado de piscinas, ficando atrás somente dos Estados Unidos. O país já tem 3,8 milhões de unidades instaladas, além de movimentar cerca de R$ 12 bilhões por ano, segundo dados da Associação Nacional das Empresas e Profissionais de Piscinas (Anapp). Com o mercado aquecido e expansão, o setor registrou um crescimento médio de 18,7% entre os anos de 2020 e 2021. 
 
O clima tropical favorece o desejo das pessoas de ter um local para se refrescar. Em Goiânia, o calor bate ponto todos os dias, principalmente entre agosto e setembro, no auge do tempo seco, e muita gente busca uma piscina para amenizar as altas temperaturas. Atenta a essa necessidade, a Opus Incorporadora passou a lançar empreendimentos com piscinas dentro dos apartamentos, as chamadas poolhouses. A linha Penthouses inaugurou na capital o conceito de coberturas lineares com piscinas privativas.

“O goiano sofre muito com o calor, que a cada ano tem aumentado mais. E quem possui apartamento muitas vezes se sentia excluído por não poder ter uma piscina em casa, pois apesar de ter o item na área de lazer do prédio, muitos gostam de algo mais intimista. As poolhouses atendem perfeitamente esse nicho, de pessoas que moram em apartamentos e que pela praticidade, privacidade e vários outros motivos preferem ter uma piscina em sua unidade”, destaca o diretor da Opus Incorporadora, Dener Justino.
 
O mais recente lançamento com esse perfil é o Gyro O2 Reserva Ybiti com poolhouses a partir de 100 m² com duas suítes e também com penthouses de 172 m² a 280 m² com três suítes em um topo escalonado, ambos os modelos de unidades com uma piscina para chamar de sua. O empreendimento, que será erguido no Alto do Bueno, terá ainda dois espaços chamados Gyro 4U, que contarão com piscina privativa, churrasqueira e cozinha gourmet, onde os moradores poderão ter privacidade para receber seus convidados.
 
Sucesso de vendas
O O2 é o quarto da linha Gyro, sendo que os anteriores também possuem piscina privativa nas unidades e foram um sucesso entre o público. Lançado em 2020, o Gyro Vaca Brava é o primeiro empreendimento da linha, foi 95% vendido em seu pré-lançamento e um dos seus destaques foram as penthouses em seu topo escalonado. O segundo projeto da linha, o Gyro Rooftop, foi 100% vendido no pré-lançamento, no início de 2021, e se destacou por ser o primeiro compacto de luxo de Goiânia com opção de poolhouses. Em agosto do ano passado, foi lançado o terceiro, o Gyro Ricardo Paranhos, que também possui poolhouses.
 
Dener Justino conta que o Gyro O2 Reserva Ybiti juntou as duas possibilidades de piscina privativa no mesmo residencial, terá poolhouses e penthouses com topo escalonado. No primeiro modelo, a piscina fica dentro da unidade, enquanto no segundo ela fica em uma varanda aberta dentro do apartamento. Outro exemplo é o Opus Geo 136 Home, que será erguido no setor Marista e terá quatro penthouses de 74 m² com uma piscina, também em um topo escalonado. O residencial integra o primeiro mixed used da Opus em Goiânia.
 
“As penthouses, com metragens maiores, atraem famílias com filhos, pois querem o conforto de uma casa dentro do apartamento. Já os compradores das poolhouses, que englobam os compactos, possuem um perfil mais jovial, de solteiros, que buscam descansar e se divertir com amigos”, conta o gerente comercial de lançamentos da Opus, Gabriel Santos, explicando que o tamanho da piscina varia de acordo a metragem na unidade. “Além disso, o cliente pode personalizar sua piscina privativa com climatização, hidromassagem, cromoterapia, bordas, revestimentos, entre outros”, completa.
